For all purchases made through the website www.libertebrand.com, please complete the following steps:

The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The date of receipt is considered to be the date informed by the company responsible for delivery (Yamato Kuroneko), even if receipt was not made by the recipient but by third parties.

The item must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition and without traces of use;

The exchange will be made for the same product model, as part of the payment for another item of higher value than the item exchanged or for a coupon, which may vary according to the promotions and may not be cumulative;

Returned pieces cannot be refunded in cash, only exchanged for other pieces and if there is a difference in value, the same must be paid.

After contacting our Customer Service, simply send the product in the original packaging. Upon confirmation of receipt of the volume, the new product or exchange coupon will be released.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and then return shipping to the customer is paid by Liberté Brand.

Items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
*Product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, is not due to any error on our part.
*Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
