How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments will be made within 48 hours after order confirmation, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Once shipped, it may take 1 to 3 days to arrive depending on the region of Japan. This period changes if the order is shipped abroad.

What are the forms of payment?
Payment methods are, cash on delivery (COD-Japan), PayPal, Credit Card, Deposit/Bank Transfer.

How much costs the shipping?
Our shipping is unique, value ¥650.
In case of payment on delivery, a fee of ¥350 (kuroneko fee) is added, totaling ¥ 1,000.
Purchases from ¥10,000 and shipping are free throughout Japan.

Does Liberté Brand jewelry have a guarantee?
Liberté semi-jewelry is plated with up to 10 thousandths of the precious metal. In other words, they are of excellent quality, but we offer a 1-year guarantee against problems related to bathing. All parts come with a warranty certificate.
We do not guarantee if the part presents misuse, damage caused by accidents or involving contact with chemical products.
